Quick Stop Advising

Quick Stop Advising sessions are now offered online and in person. For more in-depth questions, please contact your assigned Academic Advisor directly to set up an appointment. Quick Stops should be reserved for questions that can be answered in 5-10 minutes. If you are unsure who your assigned Academic Advisor is, please use AskUs to submit your question.

  • The DARS interactive audit will show your completed coursework with Anoka-Ramsey and transfer credits that have been officially evaluated by the Records Office.

  • Many students come to Anoka-Ramsey with the intention of completing their general education coursework and then plan to transfer to a college or university to earn their bachelor’s degree. Preparing to transfer can sometimes be an overwhelming and complicated process, but there are lots of tools available to help you plan ahead. Always remember it is never too early to plan for transfer! Lack of planning can lead to credits not transferring, excess credits and a delay in bachelor’s degree completion. Visit our Transfer From page for tools to help prepare for transferring in the future. It is always recommended to schedule a transfer planning appointment with your assigned Academic Advisor.
