1. Administrative Personnel Performance Review (President's direct reports) - annual
- Conference with College President
- Self-summary of accomplishments and challenges of the past year
- Summary by College President
- Submission of annual goals and response to previous year's goals
- Connection of goals, activities, and initiatives to the strategic plan
2. Administrator 360 Review - biannual
- Anonymous survey instrument solicits input from all direct reports, a random sample of all employees, and others as requested by the administrator being evaluated.
