Policy 5G.2: Fees                                                                                

Three categories of fees shall be applied to students in accordance with the Minnesota State Board Policy 5.11.

  1. Required fees in statute or policy mandated to be charged by all colleges and universities.
  2. Campus discretionary fees established by the board and adopted by the college.
  3. Personal property, service charges or course activities having value outside of the classroom.

† Per Procedure 5D.1/12 PSEO Bookstore, if a PSEO student fails to return textbooks and materials to the campus bookstore by the eleventh day after the end of the semester, a fee equal to 75% of the original purchase price shall be assessed.
