Wellness Program

The Wellness Program recognizes the diverse needs and interests of the Anoka-Ramsey community, and we strive to offer programs that encourage healthy and active life-styles, facilities that allow for social interaction and development, and opportunities that empower participants and members to recognize balance and potential in their lives. The Wellness Program activities are free and open to all current Anoka-Ramsey students and employees. For campus Fitness Center hours and current activities, please visit this link

The ARCC Wellness Program uses the Wellness Wheel to illustrate a wellness model with seven dimensions: emotional, intellectual, physical, social, environmental, financial, and spiritual. All of the dimensions are interconnected and important to a well-rounded and balanced lifestyle.
