Question and Answer
What was the best aspect of Anoka-Ramsey?
It had to be the size, I mean, on a personal level. Anoka-Ramsey was a blessing in terms of teacher-student ratio. For example, in many other colleges, universities and institutions, a student just feels like one among the masses and there is not much individual help available when needed. At Anoka-Ramsey whenever a problem arose, other students and I could simply get the help we needed.
Did you study abroad?
I went to China for a year and intensively studied the Chinese language on many levels, such as listening comprehension, writing composition, speech, translation and self-study. I learned through the media as well. It was an experience of a lifetime that opened my eyes to other possibilities and opportunities I would have known nothing about. I was also humbled and put in a place where I can now be thankful for the privileges an undeserving me gets.

Fast Fact #2
Judah would like be able to fly on experimental aircrafts and, if possible, jetpacks. He has always been fascinated with flight.

"It was so reassuring to know that if I have a question or need help, resources and counseling were always accessible. There were opportunities to participate in clubs and senate for every student. Most important to me was the access and ability to communicate with my instructors when I needed extra help or had a scheduling conflict."

"I chose Anoka-Ramsey for three reasons: Affordability, transferability and location. It is the most affordable tuition in the state, and one of the lowest in the country. I want to transfer to the University of Minnesota’s Bio-chemical program, and my courses will transfer. And it is located on the Mississippi.
The best things about Anoka-Ramsey, though, are the great resources-the Academic Support Center, the Advising Center, the Counseling Center have nice staff committed to your success."
