Students must complete one of the program completion applications to ensure a degree/certificate/diploma is posted to your ARCC transcript. This form is to confirm your degree for graduation. Please select the appropriate application.
NOTE: This is not the form to declare or change your major. If you wish to do that please select here: Records & Registration Form and select Declare/Change Your Major.
This includes the following Degrees: Associate of Arts (AA), Associate of Science (AS), Associate of Applied Science (AAS), and Associate of Fine Arts (AFA).
All students must complete the Degree Application regardless of their decision to participate in Commencement/Graduation Ceremony.
Early submission guarantees a degree review prior to the start of the following semester. Late submissions will be accepted but are not guaranteed to be processed for that term or guaranteed for listing in the Commencement Ceremony Program.
Deadlines to submit your Degree Application
- Fall Semester: July 1
- Spring Semester: November 1
- Summer Semester: April 1
This includes Certificates and the Therapeutic Massage Diploma.
Student must submit Certificate/Diploma Application during the semester in which the course requirements are being completed.
