More about mental health

The numbers are alarming.

According to the Mental Wellness Campaign for Anoka County publication, “Trauma and Resilience” national surveys reveal that anywhere from 50-90% of adults have encountered at least one traumatic event in their lifetime. Especially significant is trauma experienced during childhood which can have long-lasting influence into adulthood.
