Jazz Festival to Welcome Student Musicians March 6

A community of musicians, including students from Anoka-Ramsey and area high schools, will come together on Anoka-Ramsey's Coon Rapids Campus on Friday, March 6, for the Geoff West Jazz Festival.

The festival, named for its founder, brass musician and former instructor gathers participants for a day of performances, workshops and community. Events will culminate with an evening performance from a featured guest artist, Minnesota Youth Jazz Bands’ Jazz 1.

Performances will be held throughout the day. The public is welcome to join the audience, as space is available.
