The agreement will allow graduating Anoka-Ramsey’s Creative Writing Associate of Fine Arts students to seamlessly transfer into UW—Superior’s Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Writing program. The agreement works across state boundaries to allow students to use technology to complete their BA by taking online and or seated classes on the Wisconsin campus.
