College Hosts Open Houses, March 30 and 31

February 23, 2016

Anoka-Ramsey Community College invites high school students, their parents, returning students and the community to attend one of its upcoming Open Houses:

Coon Rapids Campus
Wednesday, March 30
5 to 7 pm
Legacy Room (SC270)

Cambridge Campus
Thursday, March 31
5 to 6:30 pm
Student Life Lobby

Open houses are perfect opportunities for future students to see the college campus of their choice and learn about what Anoka-Ramsey can offer, such as affordable tuition, flexible options, and nearly 100 programs including the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum (MnTC) that transfers into four-year programs.

Attendees will also be able to tour the campuses, meet with admissions and financial aid representatives, preview the degree and program options with faculty members, and visit with different student and campus activity groups. No advance reservations are needed to attend this free event.

This year people may be especially interested in the new Two-Year Occupational Grant Pilot program that may qualify students who graduated from high school, passed the GED or completed the Americorps program in the 2015-2016 academic year for a grant for up to 72 college credits for programs pre-determined to be high-demand.
