OPEN HOUSE
Bachelors of Arts in Psychology
Wednesday, Nov. 18
5:30 to 7 pm
Anoka-Ramsey Community College Cambridge Campus, Rm F107
“We are excited that students now have the option to fully complete a Psychology four-year degree without leaving the Anoka-Ramsey campus,” says Kent Hanson, President of Anoka-Ramsey.
“Bringing bachelor programs to our both of campuses is important for our students and allows them to complete their program close to home.”
The partnership with Concordia University allows where students who complete an associate’s degree with a Psychology emphasis, and have nearly half of their major upper-level coursework completed. After completing the associate’s degree, a student may potentially have only five classes and an internship remaining to complete the bachelor’s program. Students may choose to take classes either one night a week on the Cambridge Campus or completely online. This is an accelerated degree program that is designed to be completed in approximately 12 months. The B.A. Psychology program is designed for students who are interested in accelerating their degree completion and who require the flexibility of attending class based on their work/life schedule.
The application fee for this program is waived and Concordia University will expedite the admission process by requesting and paying for all college transcripts to be sent, once an application is completed. Graduates of Anoka-Ramsey and Anoka Tech will automatically qualify to receive the $2,000 Transfer Advantage Scholarship.
If you want to apply or learn more about this unique partnership, please visit their website, or email Caitlyn Bodek at Concordia University bodek@csp.edu.
