SUSPENDED: Join area college for spring open houses to learn about options for fall
Students gather to learn more about courses offered at Anoka-Ramsey Community College.

Due to the recommendation from our System Office leadership to suspend events involving more than 100 attendees, we are suspending our Open House events on March 31 at Coon Rapids campus and April 2 at our Cambridge campus.

Prospective students, parents, returning students, parents and the community are invited to learn why Anoka-Ramsey Community College is a great place to begin or complete a college career.
Coon Rapids Campus
Tuesday, March 31
5 to 7 pm
Cambridge Campus
Thursday, April 2
5 to 7 pm
Everyone is welcome to attend this free event. RSVPs are encouraged, but not required.
Attendees will be able to tour the campuses, meet with admissions and financial aid representatives, preview the degree and program options with faculty members, and visit with different student and campus activity groups.
At either open house, future students can explore everything that Anoka-Ramsey has to offer, such as affordable tuition, flexible options and nearly 100 programs that transfer to colleges and universities. This includes the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum (MnTC) that transfers seamlessly into many four-year institutions.
“This event is an opportunity to showcase what our college offers the community and to show that our doors are open to everyone seeking educational opportunities and economic advancement,” Director of Enrollment Management Ricardo Gonzalez said. “We offer a quality, academically challenging higher education that prepares our students for a diverse and global experience for transfer to their next educational opportunity, or to enter the workforce.”
The college has 25 departments and numerous programs including: Anthropology, Art, Biology, BMED, Business, Chemistry, Communication Studies, Computer and Information Sciences, Computer Networking, Economics, Engineering, English, Geography, Health, Phys. Ed., Exercise Science and Recreation, Math, Music, Natural Science, Nursing, Philosophy and Humanities, Physical Therapist Assistant, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Theatre, and World Languages. There are also several new programs to learn about including Alcohol and Drug Counseling Studies, Cybersecurity and Therapeutic Massage.
