The Anoka-Ramsey Community College Golden Rams Men’s Basketball program competes in the Minnesota Collegiate Athletic Conference (MCAC). The MCAC is one of the best and toughest men’s basketball conferences in the country with the league champion typically finishing in the top three at the National Tournament.

Season: November to March

Tryouts: Early September

Training: Six hours of workouts and conditioning through September; plus weight room strength development and classroom film sessions

Practices: Six days a week; two hours a day

Facilities: Two high performance basketball courts for practices and conditioning; 5000 square foot fitness center for strength and fitness development

Awards: 3rd Place at Nationals, All-American, 2011 MCAC National Qualifier 2nd and 3rd Place; 2012 MCAC National Qualifier 2nd and 3rd Place

Message from the Coach: It is a tremendous commitment participating in the Men‘s Basketball program, but the effort will be well worth it.

MCAC Men's State Tournament Pairings Set, Feb. 25-27 at Anoka Ramsey Community College
2011 MCAC Men's State Tournament pairings have been decided after a couple coin flips to determine the #1 seeds in each division.

Anoka-Ramsey Men’s B-Ball Player Earns Player of the Week Honors Again
Sophomore guard, Trey Scott was named the MCAC Southern Division Player of the Week for his effort in victories over Minnesota West and #1 ranked Rochester

Men's Basketball team went on the road and defeated the #1 ranked team in the nation, Saturday, Feb. 19.

Second Half Flurry Leads to 83-67 Victory for Men’s Basketball Team
In a tale of two halves, the Anoka-Ramsey Men’s Basketball team used an incredible second half defensive performance to defeat North Iowa Area Community College (NIACC) 83-67, Monday, Nov. 22, avenging an earlier loss to the Trojans.

Anoka-Ramsey Falls 85-76 to Ellsworth
The Anoka-Ramsey Golden Rams Men's Basketball team dropped their first game of season 85-76 to the NJCAA Division II Ellsworth College Panthers, Friday, Nov. 12 in the Konigsmark Klassic at North Iowa Area Community College (NIACC).

The Anoka-Ramsey Golden Rams Men's Basketball team lost their second straight game on Saturday, Nov. 13, 72-57 to NIACC
