GENERAL & TRANSFER STUDENT ONLINE ORIENTATION REQUEST
Step 1 is to complete the Online Orientation Request Survey for General/Transfer students. Once you complete Step 1, in 1-2 business days, you will be contacted via email with information on how to access and complete Step 2 Online Orientation. Check your Spam/Junk email folders as sometimes our emails get routed there.
During Step 2 Online Orientation, you will receive information regarding student support and technology resources, degree and course planning, academic policies, and financial aid/payment procedures. Once Step 2 is completed, in 1-2 business days you will receive an email from an Anoka-Ramsey advisor regarding Step 3, scheduling your Post-Orientation Registration Appointment.
At Step 3 your Post-Orientation Registration Appointment, you will meet with an advisor to discuss your upcoming semester, course registration, and final steps before the semester begins. This appointment is offered via Zoom. Phone appointments can be accommodated, but appointments will not be conducted if a student is driving or distracted in another manner – you will be asked to reschedule should this occur.
