Spring Semester 2016   

January 11th - May 13th

Spring Semester begins January 11th, 2016.  Important dates, deadlines and links are for your convenience to help you get started and keep informed.     

Make sure you have taken care of everything you need to before the start of the semester.

Tuition is due by December 17th, 2015 - if you have not submitted a FAFSA or made payment arrangements you could be dropped from your courses.

Students who have submitted a FAFSA will have a hold placed on their courses and the courses should not be dropped.  If financial aid is denied, students will need to self-pay or drop their courses by the ADD/DROP deadline.

Students are responsible for their course enrollment.  Students must go onlne and drop any course they do not wish to take.  Students not eligible for financial aid and do not drop their classes will be financially responsible.

***Students wanting to withdraw need to refer to the course schedule for individual course withdraw dates.***

May 2   Summer Textbooks on Sale (Includes Online Financial Aid Charging) 
May 5 Appealing for Summer, 2016 semester - Students appealing Suspension from another higher education institution or on suspension from a previous enrollment at Anoka-Ramsey Community College
May 9  Summer Semester Tuition Due Date 
May 9 - Jun 3  Charge books Against 3rd Parth Accounts (including GI/VET Benefits) 
May 10 Drop for Non-Payment 
May 9 - 13  Final Exams 
May 9 - 13  Book Buyback 
May 13  Commencement Ceremony

May 17  Spring Textbook Rental Return Due Date 
May 25 Appealing for Summer, 2016 semester - Students appealing Suspension at Anoka-Ramsey community College from Spring, 2016 semester only.

Jun 13  Last Day to Totally Withdraw with 50% Refund 
Jun 29  Deadline to Have FAFSA Received by Federal Processor for MN State Grant 
Jul 1  Deadline ot Apply for Graduation in Fall
