Why TRiO Upward Bound? - Objectives

Below is a description of our program objectives.  Upward Bound program is proudly serving students in order to help them reach their potential.

• Objective # 1: Upward Bound participants will pass the state assessments in reading and math.

   

• Objective # 2: Upward Bound students will continue to participate in the program during the next school year.

  
  

• Objective # 3: Upward Bound students will enroll in a postsecondary institution (community college, college, university, etc) in the fall immediately after their high school graduation.

  
  

• Objective # 4: Upward Bound students will continue through their second year of postsecondary education.
