Eligibility Guidelines

Students who apply must:

1. be a high school student who is entering 9th or 10th grade at one of these Independent School Districts: Cambridge-Isanti, North Branch, or Princeton

2. be a potential first-generation college student (custodial parent[s] or guardian[s] has not received a four-year college degree) and / or meet TRiO Upward Bound income guidelines

3. be motivated and have a desire to go to college

    4.   be a United States citizen or permanent resident
