Mosaic Center
The Anoka-Ramsey Communiy College Mosaic Center (MC) has been designed to promote American Indian education, multicultural education, and social justice education by encouraging awareness of all the people that make up our local, domestic, and global society, this includes but is not limited to community members with gender, ethnic, or disability backgrounds.
- The center provides out of the classroom learning experiences by providing an educational resource hub, and educational programming.
- The center has computers, work stations, internship opportunities, and job information.
- The center also provides tutoring, and student success workshops.
Focus: Coordinator of Civic Learning and the Director of Diversity and Multiculturalism are located in this center to provide additional services and learning opportunities to students. These positions are in alignment with the college’s educational goals, and demonstrate that we are recognizing our ever evolving community needs of our underrepresented students, and providing educational support and opportunities for all students who may need services from the Mosaic Center.
In conjunction with the Academic Resource Center, the Mosaic Center provides academic support Monday thru Thursday weekly unless notifyied.
