The positive results of contributions to the Anoka Ramsey Community College
Foundation were made apparent as students described
their plans to use awarded scholarships to further
their education at the college. The Foundation’s
contributors also had the opportunity to meet
the scholarship recipients and increase donations
during a luncheon at the Coon Rapids campus,
April 10.
“The Foundation was established in 1987
to make post-secondary education affordable
and accessible to area residents,” says
Patrick Johns, President of Anoka-Ramsey Community
College. “They serve as a tool to realize
the best in human potential and enable people
to enjoy helping others.”
