Diligent effort
by students of Anoka-Ramsey Community
College was formally recognized during
the Student Awards Ceremony, April 30.
Students that excelled in a specific activity
or degree-program were honored by faculty,
staff, fellow students and family members.
Two awards that highlighted the evening
included the outstanding freshman award,
earned by Jason Swartwood, who was also
named political science student of the
year and the outstanding sophomore award,
earned by Anneka Blum, who was also named
biology student of the year.
