Continuing Education and Customized Training at Anoka-Ramsey Community College provides what employers require, employees want

Continuing Education and Customized Training at Anoka-Ramsey Community College, Coon Rapids, Minn. introduces a new Master of Management Certificate Series that is tailored to enhance individual career goals in a flexible setting. Registration is going on now and students begin the series in October.

“This series was created to allow working professionals to pick and choose the classes they need to upgrade their skills and meet the various challenges of their specific work environment,” says Denise Gamble, Director of the Center for Management, Leadership & Supervision. “Courses are taught by experienced professionals and take an interactive, practical approach.

“Students who complete the program will gain tools for being more effective on the job and in their personal lives.”

Coursework begins with the one required course: Applying Core Management Skills. Students then set the program that best suits their needs by choosing electives. Elective course topics range from personnel management and team building to finance management, ethics, and customer service.
