Anoka-Ramsey Community College Honors Veteran Faculty and Staff

Coon Rapids - Faculty and staff gathered at the start of fall semester to recognize their colleagues who’ve provided significant years of service to Anoka-Ramsey Community College (ARCC).

ARCC President Patrick Johns delivered a hearty thank-you and a gift to each faculty and staff member receiving a service award. In a departure from past years, service award recipients were allowed to pre-select their thank-you gifts from a specialty item catalog. In addition to those selecting the standard watches and decorative pens, some recipients opted for clock-radios, CD-players or cutlery sets.

Robert Skottegaard of the Philosophy Faculty and Robert Toensing of the Art Faculty, both who have taught for 35 years on the Coon Rapids Campus, received etched-glass plates created by Toensing himself.
