Faculty member Tom McCarthy directs the student thespians in this warm-hearted comedy set in Brooklyn, New York's Brighton Beach in 1937. The small cast consists of Eugene, a Russian-Jewish teenager, who experiences puberty and searches for identity as he deals with his family, including his parents, his older brother Stanley, whom he idolizes, and his cousin Nora, whom he has a crush on.

“The family connections in the play are true and timeless,” says Neal Skoy who is Eugene in the play. “I hope people attend. I think they will like it.”

Due to mature themes, this play may not be suitable for children under 12 years old.
