Special Ed Degree Information Session at Anoka-Ramsey Community College March 4

Potential teachers are invited to learn how to obtain a Minnesota teaching license by completing classes at the Anoka-Ramsey Community College Cambridge Campus. An information meeting is set for Tuesday, March 4 at 6 p.m., Room E103. Anyone interested in obtaining a bachelor’s degree in special education is welcome to attend.

This bachelor’s degree in special education is the result of a innovative arrangement between Anoka-Ramsey Community College and Minnesota State University-Moorhead intended to better serve the communities surrounding the Anoka-Ramsey campuses.

In the 2+2 Program developed by the partnership, Anoka-Ramsey graduates complete an associate's degree, transfer smoothly to the bachelor's degree in special education from Minnesota State University Moorhead, and complete all classes at the Anoka-Ramsey campus. Courses are delivered through a combination of on-campus, online, ITV and hybrid formats, including evenings and Saturdays.

For more information about the 2+2 Program, contact Dr. Britt Ferguson at MSU-Moorhead at 218.477.2554 or fergub@mnstate.edu.
