| Ten brave students and
one faculty member entertained the relaxed
crowd who were also treated to a free
lunch. Each talent show contestant was
judged by faculty members Gail Kasl, Deanna
Louie and local celebrity judge Stephen
Lundberg. Lundberg is from Cambridge and
has an extensive background in entertainment.
The judges awarded four cash prizes.
The first place award of $100 went to
comedian Adam Grise, second place award
of $75 went to pianist Anna Boyum, third
place award of $50 went to pianist/composer
Josh Dahl, and fourth place award of $25
went to comedian Adam Phillips. The talent
show emcee was Ricky Anderson, who also
sang and played the bongos during the
choir performance.
“The talent was excellent, and
made the judges’ job very difficult,”
says staff member Cindi Gilbert. “The
students, staff and faculty thought the
show was great, and are looking forward
to doing it again next year.”
