Anoka-Ramsey Community College Maintains Lowest Tuition at Minnesota College/University

Keeping costs down for our students is of utmost priority at Anoka-Ramsey Community College.

The numbers are in and it has been confirmed: Anoka-Ramsey Community College (ARCC) maintains its status as the lowest-cost college or university in Minnesota.

ARCC’s annual tuition and fees is $4,015 for Minnesota residents taking 30 semester credits in 2007-2008. This is an increase of $7.02 per credit, increasing the cost per credit to $133.83.

 

Students at Anoka-Ramsey Community College
Anoka-Ramsey Community College students enjoy the lowest tuition of any Minnesota college or university.

Within the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) system, the average annual tuition and fees for Minnesota residents is $4,443. Full-time, resident students at Minnesota’s four-year universities will pay an average of $5,895 in tuition and fees, an average increase of 4.2 percent.

“ARCC offers a great value, balancing tuition and fees with the expense required to employ talented faculty and ensure students have the resources they need for success,” explains Michael Seymour, ARCC Vice President for Administration.
