Anoka-Ramsey Community College (ARCC) Office of Diversity, Multiculturalism Continues Speaker Series

To continue to promote acceptance of diversity and multiculturalism, the Anoka-Ramsey Community College (ARCC) Diversity and Multicultural Affairs Office is hosting a series of speakers to put a human face on people with interesting, unique or extraordinary experiences.
Jose Luis Lozano Anoka-Ramsey Community College student and entrepreneur Jose Luis Lozano will speak about his experience as a Colombian-American Tuesday, April 17, noon, Coon Rapids Campus Mississippi Room. This event will also be broadcast to the Cambridge Campus Room E202. The public is invited to this free event.

The second speaker in the series will be ARCC student and first-generation immigrant, Jose Luis Lozano. Lozano will speak and answer questions about his experience as a Colombian-American from arriving in the United States to the complex, post 9/11 process of becoming a citizen. The event will take place Tuesday, April 17, noon, Coon Rapids Campus Mississippi Room. The event will also be broadcast via ITV to the Cambridge Campus Room E202.

The public is invited to attend this or any of the free speaker series. Speakers and dates will be announced as soon as they become available.
