SimonDelivers, Inc. is an online grocery founded in 1999 that primarily serves the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area. It is one of the few companies that successfully survived the dot-com bust. The company ranks 121 in InternetRetailer.com’s Top 500 Guide to Retail Web Sites.

The March 12 luncheon is one of a series of alumni-student luncheons. All attendees receive a box lunch and the opportunity to hear a prominent speaker. Networking time allows alumni to meet up-and-coming business students and other local alumni involved in business and reconnect with the college. Students will be able to interact with working professionals, learn about networking styles and gain an understanding about what behavior is expected in an informal business situation. The scheduled speaker for the April 9 event is ARCC sophomore, entrepreneur and 25 on the Rise Award recipient, Jose Luis Lozano.
