The first-ever Spring
Fling Arts Festival held May 6 at Anoka-Ramsey
Community College Cambridge Campus
brought community members together
to experience art of many kinds. Forty
area artists exhibited their artworks,
and arts activities were showcased
throughout the day, including iron
pour mold carving, raku pottery demonstrations,
painting, and a hands-on clay workshop
area. In the foreground, White Bear
Lake resident Sadie Wall creates a
clay sculpture.
