Kid U courses and programs ignite
imaginations, expand knowledge and
make learning fun. Courses offer a
wide variety of innovative hands-on
learning in subjects not ordinarily
taught in traditional school curriculum,
including visual arts, performing arts,
carpentry, languages, math and problem
solving, scientific exploration, culinary
arts, law and politics, literature,
and more.
Now in its 12th year, Kid U/College
for Kids and Teens has long been a
popular choice for kids and parents
in the Twin Cities metropolitan area
and East Central Minnesota. The program
is offered through Anoka-Ramsey’s
Continuing Education and Customized
Training Division.
“At Kid U, kids and teens have
a safe, exciting way to see what college
is all about,” says LeAnn Snidarich,
Kid U Program Director. “Having
a positive college experience helps
kids want to complete high school and
go on to college.”
