The event raised a record-breaking $8,300 toward student scholarships.

The Cambridge Community College Foundation, the event’s sponsor, welcomed a record attendance, 90 guests, to the gala event. Attendees were treated to great food, including a special dessert bar donated by an ARCC faculty member, and a side-splitting performance by Cambridge’s own Ole and Lena (a.k.a. authors Bruce Danielson and Ann Berg).

Scholardazzle guests also had the opportunity to take part in raffles, silent auctions and live auctions for the chance to win choice goods and services donated by area organizations and individuals. Among the items won during the evening were a genuine Tiffany lamp, jewelry, books, movies, and gift certificates for area establishments.
