Flea Market Raises Nearly $3,000 for College Scholarship Fund

Bargain hunters and flea-market fans gathered recently at the Cambridge Campus of Anoka-Ramsey Community College, helping raise close to $3,000 toward student scholarships at the college’s Outdoor Flea Market fundraiser. The event, sponsored by the Cambridge Community College Foundation, coincided with the citywide Cambridge Garage Sale Day.

Busy and crowded, the sale attracted hundreds of shoppers throughout the day to the vendor stands set up in the West Campus parking lot. This year’s event featured 15 vendors selling everything from baked goods to crafts, computers, furniture, and more.

From housewares to baked goods, a wide variety of wares attract shoppers looking for great deals at the third annual Outdoor Flea Market fundraiser held recently on the Cambridge Campus of Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
