Anoka-Ramsey Community College Cambridge Campus Golf Tournament to Raise Funds for Scholarships

Event to include barbecue dinner and chance for monetary prizes.

Golfers looking for an especially good excuse to spend an afternoon on the course: the Cambridge Community College Foundation Golf Tournament has arrived! To be held at the Deer Meadows Golf Course in Cambridge on Tuesday, May 24 at 3 p.m., the event will raise scholarship funds for students attending Anoka-Ramsey Community College Cambridge Campus.

Teams of four will have the chance to play for monetary prizes, including a $300 first prize, $200 second prize, and a $500 prize for the winner of a “Hoop It Up” competition requiring golfers to land the ball inside a hula hoop target. The cost per person is $55, and will include a barbeque dinner and admission to a raffle/auction of choice goods and services donated by area businesses.
