Anoka-Ramsey Community College Open
Houses designed for all seeking college-level
training.
High school seniors, returning college
students, and adults looking to shift
careers can all find answers to their
education and career-planning questions
at Anoka-Ramsey Community College’s
upcoming Spring Open House.
Attendees will have a chance to tour
the campus, preview the many options
for education and activities, and learn
how to apply to the college and apply
for financial aid. College faculty
and staff will be available to talk
about specific degree and certificate
programs. Representatives from student
groups and clubs will also be on hand.
Two free events are scheduled: The
Cambridge Campus will hold its Open
House Tuesday, April 19, 6-7:30 p.m.
in the Campus Center Food Court. The
Coon Rapids Campus will hold its Open
House Thursday, April 21, 6-8 p.m.
in the College Services Building.
Anoka-Ramsey Community College offers
two-year degrees that are easily transferable
to four-year college degree programs,
as well as one- and two-year career
programs to put students on the fast
track to such hot careers as:
- Accounting
- Administrative Management
- Biomedical technology
- Business
- Computer networking
- Computer programming
- Geographic information systems
