College Music Department invite public to free Faculty Recital Oct. 6

Anoka-Ramsey Community College’s Music Department invite the public to a free Faculty Recital Thurs. Oct. 6, at 5 pm in the Coon Rapids Campus Performing Arts Center.

Anoka-Ramsey Community College, Coon Rapids Campus
Performing Arts Center
The progressive recital will begin in the Performing Arts Center then move around the Coon Rapids Campus along with the audience. A mix of music styles including jazz, classical, chamber music, even a tuba quartet will be played as the audience and performers stroll from place to place.
Staff from both the Coon Rapids and Cambridge campuses will perform: Joel Salvo, cello; Jason Vanselow, guitar; Jeff Thygeson, guitar; Nicolai Zielinski, percussion; Geoff Senn, trumpet, Eric Anderson, euphonium with the advanced tuba quartet; Richard Joseph, tenor (singing); and Melissa Bergstrom, piano.
“Not only is this a fun hour of great music, but it is a chance to explore our campus and hear music in a variety of different spaces,” said Melissa Bergstrom, Music Faculty member and performer.
