Anoka Ramsey Community College Dean of Student Affairs, Lisa Harris was recently presented with the Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Distinguished College Administrator Award at the honor society’s annual convention in Nashville, Tenn.

Harris has been involved with PTK for nearly five years. During that time, she has learned as much from the students as they have from her.

“The students in PTK give back so much to the college community and are truly involved in making Anoka-Ramsey better. Their dedication to their studies and to the college is so impressive.  Many of them have amazing stories and never thought they could be successful in college.  Their stories inspire and motivate me to continue to push the chapter to its full potential.”

PTK awards college vice presidents, deans or directors who have demonstrated a strong level of support for PTK during their tenure with the Distinguished College Administrator Award.
