Anoka-Ramsey Community College Volleyball team posted three more wins to improve their record to 15-4 on the season. Along with the three wins, the team also came away with three individual honors for the week of Sept. 21.
Setter of the Week
Heather LaBelle
LaBelle recorded 73 set assists as Anoka-Ramsey moved to 15-4, 4-2 in league action.
LaBelle had 23 vs. division rival Ridgewater and added 19 and 17 respectively in 3-0
wins against Minnesota State Fergus Falls and St. Cloud. LaBelle is from Ramsey, Minn.
Libero of the Week
Sarah Smith
Smith had 74 digs (5.7) as Anoka-Ramsey moved to 15-4, 4-2 MCAC winning three of four
matches. She had 21 in a 3-1 loss to #1 ranked Ridgewater and matched that total in a 3-0 sweep
of St. Cloud. Smith is from Big Lake, MN and a graduate of big Lake High School.
Hitter of the Week
Alysha Reinhardt
Reinhardt continued her hitting prowess racking up 81 more kills for a MCAC best 312 as
the Golden Rams won three of four matches this week. Reinhardt saved her best effort in
a losing cause against #1 ranked Ridgewater, blasting 28 kills. Reinhardt is from Andover, Minn.
