Outside donors routinely publicize community-based scholarships through the Financial Aid Office. Scholarship information from community donors are listed below: Each scholarship entry includes the scholarship name, deadline date, contact information, and a brief summary of the scholarship requirements:

Scholarship/Donor Academic Business Scholarship
Information and Criteria Students who are pursuing a business related academic degrees.

Scholarship/Donor Affinity Plus Foundation Scholarship
Information and Criteria Must be a Affinity Plus member and be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited non-profit college.

Scholarship/Donor Carter Academic Service Entrepreneur Awards
Information and Criteria Two $1,000 awards to full-time students.

The awards support innovative service learning projects that feature strong partnerships between students, faculty, and community partners.

Information and Criteria Students with an interest in the health science area.

Must be a MN resident and attend MN high school or college.

Scholarship/Donor Southwest State University Transfer Scholarship
Information and Criteria SMSU President's Transfer Scholarship $1000 per year for 2 years. To be eligible students must have an AA degree and a 3.8 gpa or above.

SMSU Dean's Transfer Scholarship $750 per year for 2 years. To be eligible students must have an AA degree and a 3.0 gpa or above.

SMSU Transfer Scholarship $500 per year for 2 years. To be eligible students must have AA degree adn 2.5 gpa or above.
