How to Pay Tuition & Fees
You have made the smart choice by attending Anoka-Ramsey Community College -- the lowest cost institution in the state of Minnesota.
You will not receive an invoice/bill from the college.
Choose the payment option that works best for you:
Log in to your student account to submit your payment online using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or E-Check.
The Business Office at the Cambridge Campus and Coon Rapids Campus accepts cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
By U.S. Mail:
Print your billing statement from your student account, print your Customer ID on your check and mail both to the Business Office at least five business days before the payment deadline.

You may choose to create a "FACTS" payment plan online.
Log in to your student account
- Select "Bills & Payments" on the left
- Select appropriate term
- Select "Create a new FACTS payment plan"
Apply for Financial Aid
*** Important Note: Financial Aid applications must be received by ARCC by tuition due date to hold classes, otherwise students must pay their tuition in full or set up a FACTS payment plan by tuition due date to secure their classes. Any tuition and fees not paid by financial aid will remain the student's responsibility.
Third Party Authorization
Third party authorization refers to an outside agency or organization that has authorized (committed) to pay your tuition, fee and/or books. The college Business Office will bill these outside sources directly. To ensure that you will not be dropped for non-payment, all authorizations for third-party billings must be received by the Business Office prior to the tuition deadline.
