2012 Women's Volleyball Team

The Anoka-Ramsey Community College Golden Rams Volleyball program was established in 2000. The team competes in the MCAC conference, and plays teams from the north, non-conference teams in the south, metro area Division III junior varsity teams and tournaments out of state such as in North Dakota.
Season: August to November (includes out of state tournaments)
Tryouts: August
Training: Begins in August
Practices: Three hours, 3 to 6 p.m., when semester begins
Facilities: Four courts: two in performance gym complete with volleyball-specific scoreboard and two courts in the fieldhouse; 5000 square foot fitness center for strength and fitness development
Awards: NJCAA-DIII All-American; All-Region XIII, First-Team All-MCCC; First-Team All-MCCC Southern Division; All-MCCC Tournament Team; MCCC Southern Division Coach of the Year
