Policy 5E.1 General Facility Use

In addition to college business and activities, Anoka-Ramsey Community College will make its facilities available for community use in support of cultural events, community meetings and other activities determined by the President or designee to be appropriate.

All events and activities held on college property must meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • Align with the college mission
  • Benefit the college and/or community
  • Create awareness for the college
  • Support Institutional Advancement initiatives

Applicable rental rates and associated service fees may be assessed.  Users may be required to provide proof of acceptable insurance coverage.
