As well as, overall oversight of the human resources department.

Job audits, Position Descriptions, Data integrity, Unemployment claims, HR supervisor, Policies/Procedures,  Reporting, Contract Interpretation, Workers' Compensation, Ergonomic Evaluations, HRIS Systems, Retirement, Anoka-Ramsey Staff Transactions
