    Learn essential PM concepts and tools…project types and phases, identifying stakeholders and required skills/resources, structuring work, time and cost estimating, scheduling and charting, managing project scope, analyzing risk, controlling schedules and budgets, managing change and conflict, communicating status and evaluating project performance.

  • Advanced Project Management
    Challenged by getting projects to meet time, cost, or quality requirements? This class will help you advance your PM skills by learning more about working with a team, delegation, decision-making, scheduling, and strategies for managing through the project life cycle. 

  • Microsoft Project
    Explore the Project interface, create and edit project plans, manage task lists, set up resources, assign resources to tasks, format and print project plans, track task progress, fine-tune project plans, organize and format project details, view and report project status, share information with other Office programs and customize Project options.

  • Practical Project Management
    Although Project Management fundamentals are the same for almost any size organization, the tools, techniques, and communication requirements can vary considerably. Most smaller organizations have project managers that also wear a variety of hats, and the success of their projects depends on skillful execution and balancing of some very limited resources. Learn both essential PM concepts as well as strategies for managing challenging scenarios in the "less than billion dollar" category!
