Scholardazzle Jan. 25 Offers Opportunity to Support Community

January 15, 2013

Events such as the Anoka-Ramsey Community College Cambridge Campus Foundation annual Scholardazzle scholarship fundraiser, Jan. 25 offer attendees and recipients the opportunity to invest in the future of the community through education.

“This is a chance for people in the community to combine a wonderful night out with a cause that, if they know it or not, hits close to home for all of us,” says Michael Wall, Director of Stewardship for Anoka-Ramsey Community College. “Scholarship recipients are investing in both their own futures and in the future of our community as workers and tax payers.”

Last year alone, Anoka-Ramsey provided $50,000 in scholarships to 77 students on the Cambridge Campus.  This year Scholardazzle organizers hope to gross $35,000 to support scholarships for Cambridge Campus students.
