MnSCU Vice Chancellor of Human Resources, Lori Lamb visited the Cambridge Campus and Coon Rapids Campus May 13 to discuss with employees and the public the process involved in replacing outgoing Anoka-Ramsey Community College President Dr. Patrick Johns, who is scheduled to begin his new position as President of Lake Superior College on July 1, 2010.
According to Lamb, an interim president for Anoka-Ramsey will be appointed by the Chancellor’s Office while a National Presidential Search is conducted.
The interim president would begin July 1, 2010 and serve six months to one year.
It is anticipated that a permanent president will be appointed in January 2011.
