Ready, set…swing for education at the eighth annual Anoka-Ramsey Community College golf scholarship fundraiser set for Friday, June 5 at the Purple Hawk Country Club in Cambridge. Check in is at noon; dinner is at 6 p.m.  

Co-sponsored by the Cambridge Community College Foundation and the Rotary Club of Cambridge and Isanti, all golfers in attendance will receive gift bags. Best scoring foursomes and individuals receive trophies for placing.

Register soon! Only $70 per golfer for 18 holes, BBQ dinner, chances at raffle prizes, and a chance at a hole-in-one car sponsored by John Hirsch.

Last year’s event grossed approximately $8,700. The net proceeds from the 2009 event will help fund scholarships for Cambridge Campus students and Rotary projects.
