Audio/Visual Services & Supplies
Information Technology Services provides complete audio-visual service. For equipment requests, please contact the Information Technology Help Desk at 763-433-1510 at least 48 hours in advance. If you need immediate assistance due to malfunctions of equipment, please report the problem to the Information Technology Help Desk as soon as possible.
Audio/Visual Equipment Available for Checkout
The following equipment is available for your use but must be reserved to ensure availability. Most classrooms are equipped with an instructor station computer, overhead and ceiling mounted projector.

- TV monitors (with VCR’s)
- Video projector
- Camcorders and tripod
- Slide projectors
- Computer rovers (with VCR and computer projection)
- Podium
- Microphones with speakers
- Stereo system (with cassette player, CD ROM, & speakers)

Laptop/Tablet Checkout
The following equipment is available for your use but must be reserved to ensure availability. Call the Information Technology Helpdesk at (763) 433-1510 for availability and reserve a laptop.
