Educational Background: A.A. from Waldorf College – Forest City, IA; B.S. Elementary Education from Butler University – Indianapolis, IN; M.S. School Counseling from Butler University – Indianapolis, IN.

Number of Years at Anoka-Ramsey Community College: Since December 2006. Previously I was a Counselor at Chisago Lakes High School for 5 years.

Areas of Special Interest: Giving a personal touch to advising, working with prospective and current Aspire students, getting to know the needs and interests of students.

Classes Taught: At Butler University I taught "Golf", "Badminton" and "Coaching Baseball" as an adjunct instructor in the Physical Education Department.

Interests: Prior to becoming a high school counselor I was a full-time baseball coach at Butler University so I have a special interest in baseball. I also enjoy playing hockey and golf. I like to follow the Twins and the Wild (when they are winning). I enjoy fishing, hunting and other outdoor activities. One of my favorite activities is spending time with my family.
