Counseling and Advising Staff - Isabelle Schmidt

Isabelle Schmidt I enjoy the opportunity to assist students so they develop confidence, explore options, make decisions, and resolve issues that affect their success as students. I relish seeing the joy students experience as they learn to live life while 'opening doors' in their changing roles as students.

Favorite Counseling/Advising-Related Web Site:

Favorite Books recommended to students:

  • Quick Internet Guide to CAREER and education information by Anne Wolfinger
    and
  • Career Exploration on the Internet: A Student's Guide to More Than 500 Web Sites edited by Laura R. Gabler

Interests: It seems my spare time the past few years involved moving. Now that I am located in Cambridge I again plan to spend 'free' time walking/hiking, cross-country skiing, biking, swimming, camping, fishing, reading, cooking, and watching movies. I also hope to develop skills in curling and roller blading.
