A hands-on development program to develop skills and techniques in Performance Management, Conflict Management, Strategic Development, and Team Development.

  • Doing the Right Thing: Ethical Leadership
    It's been said that managers "do things right" and leaders "do the right thing."  What makes right acts "right?" How do we know what is correct and appropriate behavior?  How do we make decisions in the moment?

  • Leading Teams
    Leaders of teams hold several practices in common.  This course includes a leadership style inventory and powerful tools for practicing exemplary leadership.  During these challenging times, effectively leading work teams makes the difference.

  • What Does It Mean to be a Leader?
    Explore what it means to be a leader with the inherent risks and payoffs.  Discuss the differences between managing and leading and explore your unique strengths as a leader and ways to develop your leadership presence in times of change. 

  • Learning About the Leader Within
    Discover the person you are and how it impacts your leadership and communication skills: Learn what motivates you, discover how you view the world and how it impacts your leadership.  Learn strategies how to be an effective leader based upon your personality.

  • Organizational Leadership Certificate Program
    The Highly Effective Manager -- This course will focus on the seven habits of the highly effective manager.  The Journey of Leadership -- Leadership comes from within.  A sense of values is the foundation of the leadership journey.
